I am a professional counsellor here at Hampshire Hypnotherapy and Counselling Centre. I am pleased to be able to offer you Counselling and Hypnotherapy, facilitating you with the tools to help with a variety of symptoms including anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem and relationship problems. I am also a qualified Bereavement Counsellor. Over the years I have developed a keen understanding about people, and the things that can motivate us or hold us back in life.
