A leading Holiday Let Lender has just announced restrictions on mortgage availability in a number of lofations thorughout the UK. Leeds Building Society, a maistream provider of Holiday Let Mortgages has stated that it will stop providing holiday let mortgages in North Norfolk and certain areas of North Yorkshire.
