Born in Stoke-on-Trent in 1952, Fred has been a professional artist for almost all his life. He studied art at Burslem School of Art under Arthur Berry and graduated with a BA degree before embarking on a career that has seen his work shown in galleries from Staffordshire, London, Hong Kong, Puerto Rico, New York, San Francisco and Chicago. He has lectured on 'Dream & Reality In Art' at the Chicago Museum of Modern Art and in 2000, a book about his art was published in the USA. After living in Chicago for 17 years in 2007 he and his wife returned to the UK where they now work as a husband and wife team, creating art and sharing Fred's positive vision with his many collectors thought the world.
