Previously I worked for two large HR consultancies and therefore have an in depth understanding of SME businesses concerns. Having trained as a lawyer and represented claimants at employment tribunals, during a career break from HR, I have the combination of legal knowledge and practical HR expertise that enables me to deal with most HR queries.
