Emerge have a specific passion for developing women. Gillian was names as one of the top 100 UK Female Entrepreneurs in the #Ialso campaign in 2020 We developed the award winning RISE Empowering Women's programme that we deliver both in the UK and the Middle East. We also tackle inclusivity and diversity issues such as sexual harassment, #BLM, Bullying and Males Allies for Women's Safety.
The Managing Director Gillian Jones-Williams is also a specialist in coaching culture and has written several books on coaching. Emerge have a pool of Executive Coaches and the MD is a Master Executive Coach.
Gillian is also the author of Locked Down but Not Out, a Covid-19 diary which documented her struggle to save the business when Covid hit, recorded every decision the government made and is raising money for the bereaved families of NHS workers to support the Families Programme started by the Healthcare Workers Foundation. She is a patron of Aurora New Dawn which supports survivors of rape, stalking and domestic abuse.
