▪︎Leasing company sold my business a defective van. 2021 Registration, (2001 Chassis) ▪︎ A minimum 6 companies involved&nbsp; ▪︎ A Barristers Report shows x2 company defendants to be held liable as of November 2022. ▪︎Leasing company / owner instructed bailif &nbsp;agents to collect van from us despite no payment missed. I was told the vehicle will be investigated and inspected. This didn't happen and they took it directly to an LCV Auction which has now been rejected. ▪︎Aviva Plc Insurance demanded that the vehicle is removed from public roads due to specification abnormalities. ▪︎Declared Un-roadworthy and Uninsurable by Insurance broker&nbsp; ▪︎x2 Safety Recalls &amp; I wasn't notified ~ x11-12 Affected vehicles&nbsp; ▪︎The Vehicle History Reports have been falsified.&nbsp; ▪︎Logbook has multiple Errors. ▪︎Approx. 15 defects between van and paperwork&nbsp;Everything is factua and can be proven&nbsp;
