Bournemouth-headquartered domestic cleaning franchise, <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://domestic-angels.com/">Domestic Angels</a>, which operates across Dorset, has outscored Apple and Microsoft when it comes to customer service.The company invited hundreds of its customers to anonymously rate the housework of its entire franchise network to establish how likely they are to recommend the service.Using the globally recognised business rating system, <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://customer.guru/">Net Promotor Score</a>, Domestic Angels scored a 60, higher than global brands such as Apple and Microsoft.On the Net Promotor Score system, scores higher than 0 are typically considered to be good and scores above 50 are considered to be excellent.Samantha Acton, founder of the Dorset-based domestic cleaning brand, said the following of the company's score:<blockquote>To score an average of 60 across the group is an incredible achievement and a perfect reflection of our focus on the customer experience. To get a better score than two global brands like Microsoft and Apple is the icing on the cake.</blockquote>Samantha also said Domestic Angels has seen a 25% increase in customers since the start of the pandemic, as people place more value on how they spend their time. The vast majority of its pre-pandemic customer base was aged 35+.Domestic Angels founder, Samantha Acton, says the primary reason for the increase in new customers has been the importance people are putting on quality time — a shift in values brought on by the pandemic.
