Rachel Hayward is the MD of multi-award winning tender-writing consultancy Ask the Chameleon. Building the beginnings of a great idea, Rachel quickly reached out to others in the Derby business community to create and launch swap shop, which she co-runs alongside Ask the Chameleon.
A University Lecturer, Area Lead for the FSB and charity trustee (Annabel's Angels), Rachel is based in the Burton upon Trent/Derby area, and has secured over £12.5m for clients since Ask the Chameleon began.

She also added some tips for new members “Be brave even if you don’t exactly offer the match there could still be some really good collaboration opportunities, and a way of growing your networks” Debbie Porter from Destination Digital Marketing had an unusual swap request matched "I got three referrals from Swap Shop for someone to help with Dutch tax law translation within half an hour of posting. A very niche request that I hadn’t a clue where to get started on finding someone to fit the brief. The power of the hive!" The swap shop was a website I found after being in a room on clubhouse and connection with Rachel and Lee. What a swap. …Holly has analysed my website and given me an hour of her time plus a really comprehensive list of things I need to do to my website and we are going to have a follow up in a few weeks.
