After graduating in New Zealand, Guy worked for a number of global blue chip organisations including Hewlett Packard, Bank of America, Citibank, NatWest Global Financial Markets and in 2000, Aon Limited as HR Director for its UK Consulting Division.
In 2003 Guy became an independent consultant, project manager and interim manager. He has worked for and with a number of global companies on a range of professional briefs from HR Director, reward and benefits projects, large multi-country restructurings, HR system implementations and talent management programmes. More recently, he has been working with a range of Saudi organisations to deliver technical HR and soft skills courses to Saudi and Middle Eastern delegates.
Guy has published or written in a number of books. He has recently co-authored “GenZ insight: How to become a GenZ Magnet”, authored “Tales of Talent: A Modern Fable for Today’s Managers”, has written a chapter in “Talent Management of Knowledge Workers” and co-edited and written a chapter in “The Routledge Companion to International Management Education”.
