Short-term rental provider/ management. We provide luxury short-lets for the corporate and tourist sectors centred in the City of Bath. Currently, about 50% of our portfolio is our own so we are also actively investing in the short-let market.

We are now also moving into the coaching and mentoring space as we look to help others build their short-let portfolio without needing to own any property. We do this by using a strategy called rent to rent whereby we rent property from landlords and then sub-let with their consent as short-lets/holiday lets.
