Vijay is a strategic advisor and consultant to leaders in public services. He is a Chartered Fellow of the APM and a Chartered Management Consultant. Formerly Vijay worked at PwC and PA Consulting.

Vijay has worked across the UK’s public services landscape as a consultant and advisor to senior leaders including with the NHS, in the UK Ministry of Defence, Department for Education and in local government. supporting strategic transformation initiatives. He was also a member of the team that set-up Greater Manchester’s devolved health administration and part of the leadership team that kicked off the transformation of Saudi Arabia’s health economy. Vijay has also worked in the UK’s start-up and scale-up sector.

Vijay is a renal transplantee and an advocate for neurodiverse talent as he has ADHD. He is an advisor to Kidney Research UK and a member of the charity’s Development Advisory Board and a member of the Great Ormand Street Hospital Charity’s Grants and Impacts Committee as well as an Associate NED in the NHS. Vijay is also a Fellow of the RSA and holds an MSc in Public Policy and Management from Kings College London. He was formerly a School Governor and Councillor.
