Dorian has over 10 years’ experience in property investment, trading and development, having set up a lettings and estate agency at 16, which expanded into residential and commercial finance brokering. Dorian is now Managing Director of Castell Group, which has a secured pipeline of over 400 secured homes with a forward-sold GDV in excess of £75M and has raised over £9M of investment from private investors and family offices. Dorian also has interests in a £20M mixed residential and commercial investment portfolio and various other business interests. Dorian is a qualified accountant and is currently studying for a MSc in Quantity Surveying and undertaking the Cranfield School of Management, Business Growth Programme.
