Tommy has been a Personal Trainer for over 7 years, working with celebrities, professional athletes and high profile executives to achieve their goals. He is a level 4 Personal Trainer currently undertaking an MSc in Sports Rehabilitation. Tommy takes a very holistic approach to training, having qualifications in Mindfulness and Nutritional Therapy.
