Vicky North founded Bird Kitchen Clothing to bring outstanding kit to professional kitchens and home cooks alike. "Bird is all about The Apron That Actually Fits," says Vicky, "And we're here to shake up kitchen apparel, inspired by the many women in food doing just that in industry." Vicky's story in food began with a micro bakery in 2011 and culminated in a Pembrokeshire cafe bistro by 2015. Bird Began in 2019 on the back of Vicky's Women in Food interview series, her experience of running a kitchen and a desire for change.
