Yasmin qualified as a solicitor with BLM LLP, now known as Clyde & Co in 2010 covering defendant litigation for commercial businesses and public authority organisations.

Since 2017, Yasmin has been a sole practitioner and law lecturer where she developed expertise in the field of Wills and Probate including Islamic Inheritance through her Alimiyyah studies for self-development. Yasmin founded AL-HQ Law & More in 2021, a faith-inspired legal practice, she is a trustee for a charity and a visiting lecturer for modules of law and legal studies. Yasmin is currently Senior Private Wealth Solicitor with Elite Law Solicitors covering all aspects of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Administration of Estates.
