Adam Baldwin is a technology and AI legal strategist with over 15 years’ experience advising global organisations at the intersection of law, innovation and emerging technologies. Currently leading Legal for EMEA & India at Moloco, he supports international growth across machine learning, advertising technology and digital ecosystems.

Adam specialises in AI governance, technology regulation, fintech, data, intellectual property and commercial strategy, helping businesses scale responsibly while navigating complex legal and regulatory challenges. His work combines legal expertise with commercial and operational insight to support innovation, digital transformation and sustainable growth.

He began his career at Allen & Overy before qualifying into the Intellectual Property and Technology team at Slaughter and May. He later held senior legal and digital advisory leadership roles at BNP Paribas and served as Group Head of Legal at fintech scale-up Modulr.

Adam holds postgraduate qualifications from Harvard University and the University of Oxford, as well as an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge.
