Kimchi Gin by Gloucestershire’s Twisting Spirits Distillery has been awarded a maximum 3-star award by Great Taste Awards 2021 with the judges left in no doubt that this is indeed one very special Gin: “We were astonished by how pure and retained the kimchi aromas and flavours were.
