She is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Surveyor, and Strategic Adviser to the Housing Growth Partnership. Ringley's offering is full development lifecycle: underwriting, unit mix, efficiency, layout, mobilisation, lease-up, stabilisation and exit. Ringley have circa £10Bn AUM and are proud to have lobbied and led the building safety agenda. Mary-Anne is an adviser to the Federation of Private Residents Associations and an industry commentator, being widely quoted in the media on topics such as building safety regulation, leasehold issues and future of the rental market.
