James is the founder and managing director of The Power Within Training & Development, a family-run business and leadership development company based in Scotland UK. James-and-wife Enas Fleming set up the Power Within, to inspire people around the world to think bigger, be better and achieve more.

We strive to support the businesses of today to become the leaders of tomorrow. We do this by equipping business owners and leaders with the tools and knowledge to achieve their full potential. 

With over 20 years building and developing businesses, holding numerous senior leadership roles from the Middle East and Asia Regions, US, and the UK, with companies such as Baker Hughes, Halliburton, and Weatherford, James took the plunge to get out of the Oil field game for good and teach other how to grow a successful business using their award-winning Motivational Intelligence revolution.
