Hi, I’m James Holmes, cofounder of the Hampshire Hypnotherapy and Counselling Centre & Fareham Counselling Centre. Over the past 20 years, my passion has been to help improve people’s lives, and to propel those individuals on a path towards living the most extraordinary life possible. As one of the U.K.’s thought leaders on belief systems and human potential, I have dedicated years to helping people challenge how they think. The resulting outcome of this is improved health and happiness levels along with better mental well-being and resilience. I believe I can do that for you also.
