Our mission is to bring the community closer from the youth to the local businessmen and women to the general locals that work and live within the area. We believe this is a great way to open opportunities for employment and also to network amongst locally in the hopes that we all begin to establish valued relationships between one another. Our main aim in THE EXIT GROUP is to help tackle poverty, crime and the disconnection we see on a daily basses within the Croydon community and surrounding boroughs. We are working along side the Metropolitan Police, Oasis Academy and DWP to pilot some of our training courses and youth mentoring schemes amongst some of the most vulnerable in the community. We aim to listen to and learn from the parents , grand parents, children, young adults, teenagers, teachers, police officers, coucilers and more. We are hoping to bridge as many gaps in the community as possible.
