I am a solicitor and the Head of Debt Recovery I regularly help Smith Partnership's clients, who range from international companies, household names to individual owner managers, review their credit control proceedings and implement efficient debt recovery processes. I work closely with my clients in seeking to achieve a cost effect and quick resolution to their debt problems. As a member of the commercial litigation team, I work in all aspects of dispute resolution and regularly participate in alternative dispute resolution.
