We are a charity that provides a holistic range of therapeutic support services to adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, sexual violence and rape to alleviate the impact of the trauma survivors have suffered.

We offer 1: 1 evaluative needs therapy, tailored to each person, as well as our SHE-roes Lounge - a weekly group session where we facilitate self-development courses and an opportunity for people to get together and feel they belong.

All of our services are free and offered on a long-term basis - for up to 2 years. We believe this approach truly gives survivors the opportunity to start to move on from the past, address the present and look to a positive future - moving from merely surviving to thriving in their lives.
