Jenny is a Senior Psychotherapist and DBT Practitioner. Jenny has vast experience of working clinically with most general adult psychological issues, as well as additional specialist experience in the field of complex mood disorders and personality disorders. Jenny is the Director of Rutland House Counselling & Psychotherapy and Clinical lead for our Dialectical Behavioural Therapy program. Prior to founding the RHCP Practice, Jenny worked within NHS Forensic Mental Health Services, International Aid Projects, University Student Support Services and with community projects.
