Hello, I am Roger Gilbert, a hypnotherapist based in Leeds, and whether you are following up a recommendation from a friend or colleague or have found this page by searching the internet, you probably want to know more about me and my experience as a hypnotherapist – and, more importantly, if and how I can help you. Hypnotherapy is a convenient umbrella term for the approaches I use. However, I am constantly expanding my knowledge and skills and I am trained in and use Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), mBit coaching, Havening TechniquesⓇ, and Brain Working Recursive TherapyⓇ (BWRT).
