I'm a reporter at MailOnline looking into the reasons why the City of London has suddenly become a dining out hotspot. Since Covid, the area has become a booming district for trade for both the corporate world and tourists. In 20022, the district lost just 1.3% of sites, the lowest rate of decline anywhere in London - why is this? And what does it tell us about London's hospitality scene as a whole?
