Kent's unique appeal lies in its direct connectivity to London, making it a commuter's dream. Major towns such as Dartford, Maidstone etc offer seamless transport links, drawing professionals seeking suburban charm with urban convenience. This influx of renters fuels the demand for sensibly priced properties, with freehold terraced and semi-detached houses often available within the £250,000 mark. Moreover, Kent's strategic location hosts warehouses and employment hubs, providing tenants with stable long-term job prospects.

Kent's housing sector is on a promising trajectory, capturing the attention of committed investors who foresee its long-term potential. The region's fusion of affordability, connectivity, and employment stability makes it an ideal investment destination. As portfolio landlords and developers, we are part of Kent's growth story. With direct trains to London and reasonably priced properties, Kent emerges as a compelling destination for property investments.

I don't really have a region, I have a niche that spreads across the UK. My clients are pretty much all specialist, self-employed and require a high amount of research to find the best fit for them.
I'm based in Colchester and have a few clients in the theatre here, but mainly, all over. Every client needs to be approached as the same person and then you gather their details and work within those parameters. Its fun!
