URGENT - ITV News wants to interview Estate Agents within M25, Kent/Home Counties

ITV News is looking to interview estate agents tomorrow about the latest mortgage approval rates that are due out in the morning. They also want to explore how house prices have gone up but also how there could be a return of the 100% mortgage.

They're keen to hear from both sides - an estate agent who is optimistic and one who is pessimistic. 

Filming needs to be done tomorrow (Thursday) at their branch before 3pm. Ideally, they'd need to be located within the M25, Kent or the Home Counties.
