The Times - Inheritance tax case study

A Times journalist is looking into the issue of people who have inherited properties and have the bulk of their taxable wealth tied up in property assets, but still face having to pay that inheritance tax bill before they can sell the property. 

The journalist is looking for case studies from financial advisers or planners who have had clients that might fit the bill for this - relatives who've inherited and need to pay a tax bill but don't have the means to because they can't sell the property/properties yet because of probate.
