Telegraph article - seeking case studies on people selling businesses due to cgt hike fears

Hi
I am looking for case studies of people selling up their business in a panic before a potential CGT rise - perhaps they are doing so to retire earlier than planned, or just want to sell up or leave the country, or are bringing forward their plans because of these fears.

This is for a Daily Telegraph newspaper article. Would need to be named, interviewed and photographed.
