Telegraph article - best regions for buy-to-let

I am writing an article for the Daily Telegraph looking at the top areas for buy-to-let yields if you have £25,000 to invest.

We have been given data from Hamptons that shows the top yields currently at this budget are Blaenau Gwent in Wales, County Durham in the North East and Blackpool in the North West.

I am looking for estate agents, mortgage brokers and property investing experts from these regions who could comment on the prospects for the buy to let market and landlords in these areas. What is driving the market, are there particular areas in these regions/local authorities? who are the typical tenants etc. What type of properties are being purchased for buy-to-let in these areas?
