Renters' Reform Bill to be published next week
Hi all,
You may have seen that the government is set to publish the renters' reform bill next week.
Michael Gove told Sky News on Wednesday night that it will "change the way in which the relationship between landlords and tenants work, providing tenants with new protection which should ensure they are better protected against arbitrary rent increases."
The market has changed a lot since the bill was first announced and the white paper was published in the summer (more details on what was to be in it here).
What are your thoughts on it now that it is due to be finally published? I know many in the buy-to-let space have been critical of it - do you share any of the concerns?
We're publishing a story on it today if you want to get a comment across to us before 11.30am.
Many thanks,
Jane
