Property transactions data November 2022
At 09:30 this morning, we're getting the latest property transactions data for November. It's based on Land Registry data for completed sales so is unlikely to show the impact of the mini-Budget, as these transactions will have been started during the summer. Few Qs:
- What are you expecting transaction levels to look like in Q1 once the impact of the mini-Budget kicks in?
- Are transaction levels going to grind to a halt next year or will some sectors (FTBs, for example) remain strong as house prices fall and landlords potentially exit en masse?
- How strong was activity over the summer of this year?
