Closing the gaping loopholes on non-doms, left by a sympathetic Conservative government will have a minor impact on the top end, luxury property market but shouldn’t see much more than that. The biggest issue the housing marketfaces is the sheer lack of new properties being built. A new government will introduce new incentive schemes for buyers and builders and this will stimulate markets sectors from top to bottom.
