News ISA rules 2024 - what's changing?

The biggest and most helpful change is the ability to open multiple ISA types in the same tax year eg. two different cash ISAs with different providers.

Something to watch out for is the minimum age to open a cash ISA rising to 18. For any 16 or 17 year olds it could be worth opening a cash ISA before 6th April 2024.
