It's develeoper has said there's a “demonstrable need” for UK Homes Network because other social media platforms, like LinkedIn, attract often “unwelcome” advertisers like recruiters and website developers which interrupt the flow of communication.
He additionally explained: “Ours is a subscription model at a similar price to Spotify or Netflix – so there’ll be a standard tier for individuals at £12.99 per month, an influencer tier for people wanting to share content like podcasts and videos and there’ll be an industry tier for larger businesses where they’ll have access to more streaming services and be able to share courses and events. They’ll also be able to show sponsored content for monetisation.”
“There’s no spam and no algorithms - if you want to post it will be seen by the right people because everyone on the platform is a property professional looking for opportunities or sharing knowledge and experience.”
What is your reaction to this? Is this the sort of thing the industry could make good use out of? Would it be benefical for your business?
