The metaverse and neurodiversity will play a massive role in the days to come in the way properties are bought or rented. Everyone considers different aspects when it comes to making substantial purchasing decisions in life. Nothing could be as big a decision as buying your home or renting your next flat. As professional landlords we have already implemented a fully 3D virtual viewing across all our lettings since the start of the pandemic, and with the evolution of technology, this will only move in one direction.
