I am writing a piece for MoneyWeek Online about how to buy a car

I am keen to explore options such as PCP, hire purchase etc and how to decide which is best.

Are there tax efficient ways to do this such as if you run your own business?

Is it worth buying an electric car?
Is there a typical cost and what should buyers consider when working out if they are getting a good deal?

What factors determine the cost of a car and what should buyers look out for so they aren't ripped off.
