METRO: Spring clean my finances

Hi Sarah, I'd love to help with this. It's something that I do regularly with my clients in my capacity as a mortgage advisor and also as a financial coach. Perhaps unsurprisingly in the current environment, it's becoming increasingly popular as people are starting to take more of an interest in their personal finances. My clients are usually trying to find ways to bring in more, reduce what's going out, make the most of what they have and save for life goals like buying property or starting a family.  Many have never looked at their finances in detail or talked to anyone about them (the money taboo still exists) and they value the time and space to do so in the judgment and jargon free space I provide.  It would be great to help you with this and to show people what is possible with knowledge, understanding and small actionable steps.

Dr Nikki has been a doctor since 2009 and has always had an interest in the health and wellbeing of women. She is based in Milton Keynes with her husband Tom and is cat-mum to a Honey. She was diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency in 2023 and is aware from first hand experience of how hormone imbalance can impact on literally everything we do in life. She is an advanced British Menopause Society practitioner and is member of the royal college of obstetricians and gynaecologists. She also holds a diploma from the faculty of reproductive and sexual health.
