If you want to get ill quickly then eat in the bathroom.
Apart from being very distasteful the bathroom is a very dirty place.
Full of germs including but not restricted to E.coli and salmonella.
Flushing (with the lid open) causes these germs to be spread all around the bathroom. So its not just the toilet set, they could be on the door handle, soap dispenser, towel rail.
So anything you touch could then contaminate you.
Eating whilst in the bathroom allows a direct route for the germs from your hand into your body.
Would you eat something that has fallen into the toilet – exactly.
Also imagine the smell whilst you’re eating, that cant be pleasant.
There are other risks of eating in the bathroom – you may end up spending longer than intended in there which could lead problems such as piles, urinary incontinence and weak pelvic floor muscles.
There is a phenomenon in Japan called “toilet meal” which allows peace and solitude whilst eating - not for me thanks
