Mail Online homebuyer case studies

 A journalist at the Mail Online is looking for some case studies of (potential) homebuyers (movers/FTBs) hit by rising mortgage rates and the Autumn Statement (higher taxes reducing affordability, etc). Have you got any, e.g. someone who is buying a cheaper home now than what they originally wanted just 3-4 months ago? If you can provide a case study (they'd need to be happy to provide photos), add a few thoughts, too - and the journalist will likely use them in addition to namechecking you and your firm.
