LF views on whether the cap on branded uniform items is/will actually work

Hiya, I'm looking for strong views on the government's cap of three branded items of uniform and whether it will make any difference for parents struggling with costs and could save them money / whether it could actually push up costs, and with strong views on whether schools should be allowed to force parents to buy branded items at all, for a feature this weekend in The Sun.
