Landlord who got an insurance claim turned down

I'm searching for a personal case study of a landlord - perhaps an 'accidental landlord' - who under-estimated the rebuild value of their buy-to-let property when taking out landlord insurance, and then came unstuck when they tried to make a claim.

Perhaps you only got paid a small amount, or got your claim turned down altogether, leaving you out of pocket.
