ITV News - labour market figures

Hi there,

Maya from ITV News here. We're looking to film at a hospitality business tomorrow as ONS labour market figures are released. We'd like to film with a business who are struggling to find staff and/or having to increase wages. Somewhere in the North, Midlands, or somewhere surrounding London would be ideal. It would suit us best to film around 10/11am but we could do any time until 1500 if morning doesn't work. We'd like to interview the owner/manager, get some general shots of the business serving food/drink, and speak to an employee about how they're managing the cost of living and wages.
