Grey swan events - pensions advisers

I'm writing a piece for FTAdviser - looking at the sort of advice and guidance advisers should be giving clients - this is based on a report from the Society of Pension Professionals pointing out some of the issues around buyouts of DB schemes - of course it's very unlikely but looking for the sort of guidance advisers might be able to offer-  re. managing expectations of how safe pensions are and what mitigation can if any be taken
