Government issues rallying cry to the nation to help fix NHS

Today, the government will issue a rallying cry to the nation to help fix the NHS. I would remodel the contracting to build a preventative primary care model. Primary care includes community pharmacy, general practice, dentistry etc. From my experiences in hospital management and a former community pharmacist, I've seen first-hand patients attend A&E for issues which were easily preventable for example, dentistry. There is little to no NHS dentistry so patients choose not to attend regular checkups, and instead attend A&E when their teeth are at their worst which costs the NHS more. This further negatively impacts national productivity and GDP output per capita.
