Financial implications of having a living plant wall on house

Hello, at the Daily Telegraph we're looking for expert comment on the financial implications of having a living wall on your property.

Does having a pretty living wall, such as the Virginia creeper, impact the cost of home insurance?
Are insurers wary of the plant becoming too heavy/weaving into the foundations/fire hazard, etc? Interested to know if insurers warn against having a living plant walls - even if they aren't invasive species.
For any garden experts, what is the annual upkeep cost of having a living wall?
What if birds are nesting in the wall, can you trim it/remove it if you are buyer and don't want the feature?
What do surveyors think? If a buyer is interested, will they advise them against the property due to a living wall?
Are they are any other cost implications to be aware of?
