ended 02. December 2022

As a virtual assistant, I've seen some business owners talking a lot on social media about returning to the office, but it's not something we've experienced. If anything, we've found that having had to work virtually for so long, some of our clients have made huge changes in their businesses and moved to a whole or part hybrid model (despite initially being reluctant), with some even moving out of their main business premises. My experience is that people are now much more aware of how flexible working can work and how much it can save. I used to work as an EA, employed in a business, but my boss was always out at meetings. So we were talking and working remotely already, it was just not seen that way. Flexible working is here to stay.
