Evening Standard mini-Budget story
The Evening Standard is running a story in Homes & Property next week and needs case studies. The feature is a look at the property market in the capital over the past 12 months (since the mini-Budget). The journalist is looking for case studies, ideally someone who has had a mortgage offer changed and are now unable to buy, or withdrawn, or is having to look beyond the capital for other reasons. Equally, they may have had to use savings intended for a deposit and can no longer buy due as they have depleted them. First-time buyers, renters, second steppers all welcome. Journalist would like to speak to them today or tomorrow.
