EPC assessors wanted for an article

Are you a qualified EPC assessor? Or have you been one in the past? Keen to get a sense of what being an assessor is actually like. What is the process for becoming one - and from there what was the job like? How long did you spend on assessments, and did you often find you weren't the first assessor to visit a property in the same year?
